BEHIND THE DESIGN: Conceptual design for the recall of Peloton - I wanted to capture the urgency by using bright colors, the fact that everyone was talking about it on social media came in the form of twitter birds, stock art of mouths and exclamation points.
BEHIND THE DESIGN: She was an Olympic Gold medal hopeful. So I deconstructed the Olympic Rings and used their colors as the background. I looked up the chemical breakdown of Nandrolone and created that in gold outline - a nod to what she lost because of this 'drug'. A black and white image of the athlete looking shocked stood out nicely against the colorful backdrop. Also, having her in black and white shows this is her last chance to make the Olympics.
BEHIND THE DESIGN: Moving stripes and stars in the background gives visual interest to a rather dull image. This was for a 4th of July Sale.
BEHIND THE DESIGN: The Colorado-based footwear brand just released their sought-after Bolder Boulder Escalante Racer to help support the families of the victims from Boulder's shooting tragedy. The black and white background of the foothills in Boulder serves as the backdrop to the red bleeding heart and cut-out shoe.
